Northwich lies in the heart of the Cheshire Plain, at the confluence of the rivers Weaver and Dane. There are a large number of warehouses available, not just in the town along the waterfront, but also in nearby Winsford and particulalry around the industrial estate there.

Just outside the town there are a number of BRC accredited sites (ambient only) and a significant number of haulage companies to support bulk and pallet storage. Most sites are members of pallet networks if that's required.

Liverpool, Warrington and Manchester are the major nearby hubs - all with a heavy dentsity of warehouses and pallet space available. Other nearby places where Stowga has warehousing available for rent include Bostock, Middlewich, Hartford, Cuddington, Byley, Elworth, Sandbach, Crewe, Barbridge and Knutsford. J19 of the M6 (Knutsford) is about 5 miles from the town centre.

Prices for bulk storgae and pallet space in and around Northwich are relatively cheap compared with Liverpool, Warrington and Manchester where rents are noticeably higher.
