The site can provide HMRC approved bonded warehousing, flexibility on storage periods and highly secure premises with bespoke security services.
Transport links are strong: by road there is direct access to the A66 Trans-pennine East and West routes and A19/A1 M1 national motorway links for North and South. By rail the East Coast Main Line and Trans-Pennine routes are available for access to all parts of the UK.
