Stansted Airport is the fourth busiest airport in the UK (it's Manchester in case you're wondering!). and is located 30 miles (48 km) northeast of Central London.

The location gives good access to the South of England and the Midlands and benefits from dedicated access to the M11.

The airport's World Cargo Centre offers 600,000sqft (55,000sqm) of warehouse and office space on site. Outside the airport there are a number of options for those looking for storage and warehousing solutions: there are lots of logistics companies, haulage companies, dedicated warehousing companies and several manufacturers with space to rent. However, due to the prime location we do get a lot of requests and prices can be quite high. At Stowga we'd say that requests for warehouses in this area just to the North of London - the St Albans/Hemel Hempstead/Biggleswade area are our number one are for requests. It's busy!
