Aberdeen Harbour is a world class port annually handling around 8,000 vessel arrivals and around five million tonnes of cargo.
There are surprisingly few warehouses available around Aberdeen. There is a cluster of sites on the outskirts, mainly operated by well-known warehousing and third party logistics firms (3PL) specialising in bulk pallet storage.
Further afield there are a number of haulage firms inland south on the A90 or north on the A96.
